Fly Fishing Guide & beginner tuition
Ever wanted to try your hand at Fly Fishing? I can supply all the equipment you need, including 4WD transport if required, right here from Tewksbury Lodge.
I will sit down with you and tailor each outing to suit your personal preferences and skill level. A standard half day introductory outing starts with a lesson on basic theory and tactics. We follow that up with a practice session so you can develop your skills. Once you are comfortable, we then head off to local rivers and streams for several hours. You will be using top quality SAGE fly-rods. I take a maximum of 2 anglers on each outing, so I can give you my full attention.
Half Day Fly Fishing: 1 Person: $280. Additional person: $60 (max of 2 people).
You will require a current Victorian Fishing Licence, which can be purchased online here.
Safety is my priority and I endeavour to make all activities as safe as possible. All experiences commence with a safety brief so you know what to expect. I carry an emergency Personal Locator Beacon (PLB) and First Aid Kit on all outings.
